• Each individual is allowed only One can open an account.
• When creating an account, you must provide your correct name, date of birth, and phone number.
• Pklock may request a national ID or other documents for identity verification at any time.
• Only one account may be created per phone number or email address.
• Your account password is strictly personal and must not be shared with anyone.

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, pklock may request a user's ID, proof of address, and payment method details when necessary. Failure to provide the required information within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal being placed on hold.

To participate on pklock, the following conditions must be met:

• Minimum Age 18 Years must be.
• Pklock may not be used from countries where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You must ensure that you are mentally sound and participating of your own free will.
• Family members of pklock employees are not eligible to participate in certain promotions.

Deposits and withdrawals on pklock can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to all payment-related matters:

• The deposit method and withdrawal method must be the same (if you deposited via bKash, withdrawals must also be via bKash).
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• KYC verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.

• In cases of suspicious transactions, pklock may place a hold on withdrawals while an investigation is underway.

• Pklock is not liable for issues arising from errors in team names, player information, or venue details.
• The cash-out feature is available on select bets — not all bets.

• Reload Bonus: Available to existing members every week. Terms may vary.
• Cashback: Every Monday, get back a portion of your previous week's losses.

• The same offer cannot be claimed more than once.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.

• If bonus abuse is proven, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

To maintain security and transparency on pklock, certain activities are strictly prohibited. Any of the following actions will result in permanent account closure:

Pklock reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for investigation purposes or due to a breach of terms.

• Login and transactions are not permitted on a suspended account.
• Once the investigation is complete and no irregularities are found, the account will be reinstated.
• Users may also close their own account — simply contact Support.
• Any valid balance may be withdrawn before account closure, provided no rules have been violated.

For any dispute or complaint, pklock follows the process outlined below:

• Step One: Submit your complaint to support@pklock.im. pklock will respond within 48 hours.
• Step Two: If no satisfactory resolution is reached, the matter will be escalated to a higher level.
• Step Three: Resolution through an independent mediator if needed.

These terms and conditions are governed by international gaming laws. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of pklock's licensing authority.

Pklock reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of changes:

• Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
• Updated terms take effect from the date of publication.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be taken as your acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you disagree with the updated terms, you may contact support to close your account.
