Account & Registration

Registering at pklock only takes a few details:

  • Bangladeshi mobile number (starting with 01X)
  • Full name & date of birth
  • A strong password
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Providing an email address is optional but recommended. Registration is completely free — no fees whatsoever.

No. pklock's policy allows only one account per person. Any attempt to create multiple accounts using the same mobile number, name, or device will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process. At pklock, you'll need to submit your National ID or Birth Registration Certificate before making large withdrawals. This is in place to protect your account and prevent fraud.
